Products, pricing & availability

We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include or exclude delivery as shown at checkout. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order — normally when payment is confirmed by our payment partners and/or your order is dispatched. We do not treat an order as paid on the basis of a browser redirect alone; payment is confirmed independently with our payment partners. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors) and will refund any amount already paid.

We accept payment through our supported partners and methods, including card, bank transfer, and pay-on-delivery or pay-on-pickup where offered.

Delivery, returns & warranty

Delivery is covered by our Delivery Information, returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, and product warranties by our Warranty policy. Repairs are covered by our Repair Service Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the Service, scraping data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The content on this website (excluding your own content and third-party marks) belongs to Tech Savior Naija or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
