Returns & Refunds

This Returns & Refunds policy applies to your use of the Tech Savior Naija website and services ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to it. In this document, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tech Savior Naija.

Return window

You may request a return within the return window shown at checkout (by default, 7 days from delivery). Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items damaged through misuse, accident or unauthorised repair.
  • Certain hygiene or consumable items once opened (for example earphones/earbuds), unless faulty.
  • Software, activated licences and custom or special-order items.

How to request a return

Start a return from your account dashboard, tell us the reason and upload supporting photos where relevant. We review your request, and where a return is approved we arrange collection or ask you to send the item back.

Inspection & outcomes

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the outcome:

  • Refund to your original payment method or as store credit.
  • Exchange for the same or a similar item.
  • Store credit you can use on a future order.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return and provide a repair, replacement or refund. For a change of mind, you are responsible for return delivery, and a reasonable restocking fee may apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after inspection. The time for the funds to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty or we made an error.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Items shipped from our suppliers may take longer to process a return. Faults discovered after the return window may be covered by our Warranty policy.
